Our EMP Division designs and manufactures the high-power RF and microwave components and systems, enabling mission-critical processes. This includes the powering of radar, missile tracking, directed energy, semiconductor fabrication, fusion research, and advanced industrial processing systems.
With the broadest domestic portfolio of ultra-high power passive and active RF components, we support land, mobile, naval, and airborne radar applications, as well as the scientific, medical, industrial, and communications markets.

Founded in 1973 as Microwave Techniques, our EMP Division has decades of institutional expertise in the design, development, and manufacture of high power microwave components, industrial microwave systems, and RF solutions.
We have a strong reputation at key national laboratories, with products widely used in over 95 programs. This includes facilities involved in accelerator science, fusion research, high-energy physics experiments, photon sciences, and beyond.
